Josh Dell
Welcome! I run events at Brit Pop, bringing together British chefs with British winemakers. Our first event took place in Paris last year, receiving support from the British Embassy in Paris. This year, we’ll be hosting event in New York, Helsinki, London and Paris once more. Keep up with Brit Pop here.
Alongside this I’m a writer and editor focusing on food, wine and the weird/wonderful. I’ve previously written for Vice, WIRED UK, The Telegraph and The Sunday Times.
Since August 2024, I’ve been based in Paris, where I studied at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. I document most of what I’m up to on Instagram.
My background is in print/digital journalism and public affairs. I’ve worked as a reporter in the Middle East, led advocacy campaigns that changed the law, and developed editorial teams from scratch. For more on all of this, check out my LinkedIn.
